We are Matt and Patrick, partners and creators of the Dark Side of the Spoon. We founded this company because we wanted to curate one-of-a-kind culinary taco catering experiences for all kinds of people in all kinds of spaces. After all, we are ordinary men with damn good taste in food.

We bring the party to the greater Jacksonville area and the Beaches via taco bars and drop-off catering orders. You don’t want your event to be just another brick in the wall. It’s your big show.
